This loan was provided by RONDA INVEST to a Czech joint-stock company for financing the acquisition plan of purchasing ownership stakes in an apartment building in the center of Prague. The company's shareholder, who is a co-debtor of the loan, is involved in residential real estate development and has various other activities, including owning a well-known real estate agency in Prague, offering legal advisory services, operating an electronic auction portal, engaging in translation and interpreting activities, and more.

  • Lien in the 4th order (1st to 3rd lien rights are also in favor of RONDA INVEST).
  • Value of the property as of the date: CZK 75,000,000 as of September 22, 2022.
  • Location and surroundings: The villa used to belong to the famous composer Karel Svoboda and is now used for administrative purposes. The surrounding area consists of similar villas and family houses built around 1930. There are shops and the FLORA centre within walking distance.

  • Location and surroundings: Land for building purposes in the residential part of the town of Jesenice (Prague-West district). Near the land, there is an elementary school and a primary art school, a public transport stop, and a recreation area near the Pancak pond.
